Karachi: Several companies have reported the loss or misplacement of original share certificates, according to a notice dated July 3, 2026, released by Jwaffs Registrar Services (Pvt) Ltd. This announcement affects shareholders of Bela Automotives Ltd, Sunrays Textile Mills Ltd, Shahtaj Textile Ltd, and Sindh Abadgar's Sugar Mills Ltd.
For Bela Automotives Ltd, Seema Iftikhar reported the loss of five share certificates numbered 40621 to 40625, covering 500 shares with distinctive numbers ranging from 4062001 to 4062500. The company has advised exchange members to refrain from trading these certificates. In the absence of any objections or claims within seven days, duplicate certificates will be issued.
Sunrays Textile Mills Ltd has reported that Humaira Shakil lost a share certificate numbered 35165, covering 100 shares with distinctive numbers from 7304925 to 7305024. The company has echoed a similar advisory to its exchange members, with plans to issue duplicates if no claims arise within the specified period.
Shahtaj Textile Ltd has recorded two loss incidents involving Mukhtyar Hussain. The first set includes certificates numbered 78270 to 78274, covering 500 shares with distinctive numbers from 7826501 to 7826000. A second certificate numbered 97410, covering 75 shares with distinctive numbers from 9186590 to 9186664, was also reported lost. As with the other cases, members have been advised accordingly.
Seema Iftikhar is also affected by a loss involving Sindh Abadgar's Sugar Mills Ltd. Certificate number 82673, covering 100 shares with distinctive numbers from 9083701 to 9083800, has been reported missing. The company will issue duplicates if no objections are received within seven days.
