Karachi: GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Hasham Ali Baber to its Board of Directors, as a Non-Executive Director. The decision, aimed at filling a casual vacancy on the board, was confirmed by the board members on August 3, 2026.

Mr. Baber, who currently serves as Finance Director in Saudi for GlaxoSmithKline, will assume his new role with effect from July 30, 2026. His appointment is expected to bring a wealth of financial expertise to the board, enhancing its strategic oversight capabilities.
