According to the report, Syed Imran Ali Shah, an executive at Askari Bank, engaged in multiple share purchases on August 4. The transactions involved the acquisition of 3,783 shares at a rate of Rs. 105.37, 4,217 shares at Rs. 105.38, and 2,000 shares at Rs. 105.20. These purchases were executed in the ready market category.

Before these transactions, Shah already held 10,000 shares. The latest acquisitions have increased his cumulative shareholding to 45,000 shares, representing 0.0031% of the total shares. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this activity is part of routine disclosures mandated for executive share dealings.
