Karachi: An executive director at Macter International Limited has executed a notable transaction involving the transfer of the company's shares, according to a report dated August 6, 2026.

Swaleh Mislaah Khan, who serves as an executive director at the pharmaceutical company, transferred 75,000 shares as a gift. The transaction was executed through the Central Depository Company (CDC) under the Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transaction did not alter the rate of the shares, remaining at 0.00 per share. Following this transfer, the cumulative number of shares held by Khan stands at 13.98 million, which represents 30.51% of the company's total shares, indicating a minor move in shareholding percentage.
