Lahore: The shareholders of Ghani Global Holdings Limited (GGL) have approved a significant Scheme of Compromise, Arrangement, and Reconstruction in a recent Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 08, 2026. The meeting, chaired by officials appointed by the Honourable Lahore High Court, sanctioned the Scheme involving Ghani Global Holdings Limited, G3 Reit Management Limited, G3 Properties (Private) Limited, and G3 Homes LLP.

The approval was granted under the provisions of Sections 279 to 283 of the Companies Act, 2017, alongside the Real Estate Investment Trust Regulations, 2022, and other pertinent legal frameworks. This development marks a pivotal moment for the involved entities, as it sets the stage for a structured reorganization and strategic collaboration.
