Karachi: Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PICT) has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ahmed Bharamchari, effective September 11, 2026. The Board of Directors accepted his resignation through a Resolution by Circulation, as part of compliance with the Securities Act, 2015 and the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has yet to appoint a successor for Mr. Bharamchari. The appointment process for the new Chief Financial Officer will be initiated and completed in due course.

PICT has communicated this development to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange. The company operates within the designated market category of logistics and port operations, providing essential services in container terminal management.
