Lahore: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited has officially announced the election of its Directors, to take place during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at the Royal Palm Golf and Country Club in Lahore, with an option for participation through electronic means. This announcement was detailed in a notice published on September 14, 2026, in both "The Nation" and "Nawa-i-Waqt" newspapers.
The upcoming election will see multiple candidates vying for a place on the board. Notable among them are Mr. Arif Habib, Mr. Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar, Mr. Fazal Ahmed Sheikh, Mr. Faisal Ahmed Mukhtar, and Mr. Muhammad Kashif Habib. Additionally, the list includes independent director candidates such as Ms. Sima Kamil, Mrs. Julie Jannerup, Mr. Tariq Jamali, and Mr. Sarfaraz Inayatullah Qureshi.
