The company has detected that these fraudulent activities include the creation of fake accounts and pages on platforms such as TikTok and Facebook, as well as AI-generated and deepfake video content.

The fraudulent schemes aim to solicit funds under unauthorized investment schemes, falsely associating with Mr. Arif Habib and the Company's name. Arif Habib Corporation Limited categorically denies any connection with these activities. Neither Mr. Arif Habib nor the Company or any Arif Habib Group entity has launched or endorsed any such investment schemes.

This incident is part of a broader pattern of fraudulent activities that had been previously warned against by Arif Habib Limited, a listed subsidiary of the Company. A public caution notice has been placed on the Company's official website, and a formal complaint was lodged with the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency on September 4, 2026. The complaint seeks to initiate an investigation and remove the fraudulent content.
