Karachi: Safe Mix Concrete Limited has issued a public warning about fraudulent online activities involving the unauthorized use of the name and likeness of Mr. Arif Habib, the company's sponsor and Chairman of the Arif Habib Group. The warning, detailed in a report dated September 15, 2026, highlights the creation of fake accounts and pages on social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook, as well as fraudulent telephone calls targeting clients of the Arif Habib Group and the general public.

The company emphasizes that these activities include AI-generated and deepfake video content, which are being used to solicit funds under false pretenses. Safe Mix Concrete Limited categorically denies any association with these fraudulent schemes. The company asserts that neither Mr. Arif Habib nor any entity within the Arif Habib Group has launched, endorsed, or sponsored any investment schemes or platforms as claimed by the fraudulent content.

This warning follows a previously issued caution by Arif Habib Limited on July 31, 2026, which also addressed similar fraudulent activities. In response to these ongoing threats, Safe Mix Concrete Limited has placed a public caution notice on its official website. Additionally, a formal complaint was lodged with the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) on September 4, 2026, as the company pursues all available legal remedies against the perpetrators.

Investors and the public are advised to exercise caution and to avoid engaging with any unauthorized content or calls. It is reiterated that Arif Habib Limited is the sole authorized entity within the group for all investment-related services.
