F.D. Registrar Services Reports Missing Shares of Bank Alfalah Limited

Karachi: F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt) Ltd has issued a report on September 18, 2026, regarding the loss of share certificates for Bank Alfalah Limited. The report details that several share certificates have been reported lost and advises members of the exchange not to deal in these specified shares.

According to the report, the affected shareholders include Muhammad Gul Zaman, Nasir Un Nisa, Saivez N Sattar, and Nahtaj Pervez, who have lost share certificates pertaining to Artistic Denim Mills Limited. The certificates in question are associated with distinct folio numbers and cover a total of 10,000 shares.

Muhammad Gul Zaman has reported the loss of two certificate batches, encompassing 2,500 shares. Similarly, Nasir Un Nisa has lost certificates covering another 2,500 shares. Saivez N Sattar’s certificates also account for 2,500 shares, and Nahtaj Pervez has reported a loss of certificates amounting to 2,500 shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the registrar has advised that if no objections are received within seven days of the notice, duplicate certificates will be issued to the above-mentioned shareholders. The notice serves as a warning to members of the exchange to refrain from dealing in the specified shares until the situation is resolved.
