Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited Announces Financial Results with Significant Profit Growth

Lahore: Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited has reported its financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, showcasing marked improvements in profit and revenue. The company, in a meeting held on September 18, 2026, announced a final cash dividend of Rs. 1.15 per share, equivalent to 11.5%, to be approved in the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for October 27, 2026.

According to the financial statement, the gross revenue from contracts with customers rose to Rs. 40.41 billion from Rs. 35.83 billion in the previous year. After accounting for discounts and sales tax, the net revenue was recorded at Rs. 36.97 billion, up from Rs. 33.04 billion, reflecting a significant upward trajectory in the company's financial performance.

The cost of sales for Hi-Tech Lubricants stood at Rs. 33.87 billion compared to Rs. 31.00 billion last year, leading to a gross profit of Rs. 3.10 billion, a substantial increase from Rs. 2.04 billion. This improvement in gross profit is attributed to enhanced operational efficiencies and revenue growth.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company's profit from operations reached Rs. 1.07 billion, a notable rise from Rs. 262.49 million in the previous fiscal year. The finance cost reduced to Rs. 280.86 million from Rs. 405.20 million, contributing to the overall increase in profitability.

The profit before taxation amounted to Rs. 781.10 million, a reversal from the previous year's loss of Rs. 294.70 million. After accounting for taxation, the profit after taxation was recorded at Rs. 413.22 million, a significant improvement from a loss of Rs. 318.78 million in the prior year. The earnings per share rose to Rs. 2.97 from a loss of Rs. 2.29 the previous year.

The company's total comprehensive income for the year was Rs. 444.20 million, compared to a comprehensive loss of Rs. 250.57 million last year. The surplus on revaluation of freehold land contributed Rs. 30.98 million to the comprehensive income.

The Annual General Meeting, set to take place in Lahore, will address the financial results and dividend approval, with share transfer books closed from October 21 to October 27, 2026. These results position Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited strongly in the market, highlighting its financial recovery and growth prospects.
