Faisalabad: Interloop Limited has officially announced the convening of its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 14, 2026. The meeting will take place at the Interloop Executive Club, located within the Interloop Industrial Park on Khurrianwala - Jaranwala Road, Khurrianwala, Faisalabad. The AGM is set to commence at 10:00 a.m.

The agenda for the meeting includes several items of ordinary business. Shareholders will be asked to confirm the minutes from the previous AGM held on October 10, 2025. Additionally, they will receive, consider, and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. These documents will be accompanied by the Auditors' and Directors' Report as well as the Chairperson's Review Report.

In accordance with Section 223 of the Companies Act, 2017, and pursuant to the S.R.O. 389(1)/2023 dated March 21, 2023, the company has made these financial statements and reports accessible online via a specified weblink and QR-enabled code.

Shareholders will also deliberate on the declaration and approval of a final cash dividend of Rs. 2 per share, representing a 20% dividend for the year ending June 30, 2026. This is in addition to an interim cash dividend already distributed during the same fiscal year, also at Rs. 2 per share, equating to another 20%.

Furthermore, the appointment of auditors for the upcoming financial year 2026-27 will be discussed. The Board of Directors, following recommendations from the Board Audit Committee, has proposed the re-appointment of M/s Kreston Hyder Bhimji & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the auditors for the company.
