Islamabad: Mari Energies Limited has announced a change in the venue for its upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to prevailing security concerns in Islamabad. The meeting, initially scheduled to be held at the Islamabad Serena Hotel, will now take place at the company's registered office located at 21-Mauve Area, 3rd Road, G-10/4, Islamabad.

The AGM is set for September 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and the only alteration to the previously announced arrangements is the location. All other aspects, including the agenda, date, and time, remain intact. The original notice, disseminated on September 03, 2026, has been updated with an addendum reflecting this change, which will be published in two newspapers with nationwide circulation on September 23, 2026.

Mari Energies Limited has communicated the venue change to the Trading Right Entitlement (TRE) members of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the update was also submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and distributed to company members.

This addendum is to be read in conjunction with the original notice, maintaining all terms and conditions aside from the venue adjustment. The company has assured stakeholders that the AGM will proceed as planned at the new location, addressing all scheduled agenda items without any further disruptions.
