According to the company's disclosure report dated October 1, 2026, the changes are designed to align with compliance requirements and strengthen the company's governance structure.
The board accepted the resignation of Mr. Mumtaz Hussain from his position as a director, effective immediately. This move was made to facilitate the induction of a female director in accordance with the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019. Despite stepping down as a director, Mr. Hussain will continue to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
In line with this, the board approved the appointments of Ms. Saniya Ali and Sheikh Muhammad Iqbal to the board of directors. Ms. Ali's appointment is aimed at enhancing diversity, while Mr. Iqbal joins as an independent director. These appointments fill the casual vacancies on the board for the remainder of its term, as stipulated by Section 161(2) of the Companies Act, 2017.

Mr. Hamza Sardar has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Mr. Omer Javaid, who resigned from the position effective September 30, 2026.
