Swabi: Sardar Chemical Industries Limited has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to take place on October 28, 2026. The meeting is to be held at the company's premises located in the Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate, Topi, District Swabi, K.P.K., commencing at 11:00 A.M.
The agenda for the AGM includes a review of the minutes from the previous year's meeting held on October 27, 2025. Stakeholders will also receive and consider the company's audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, alongside the Chairman's Review Report, and the Directors' and Auditors' Reports.
A significant item on the agenda is the election of seven directors in alignment with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017.
