Lahore: Nishat Power Limited has announced the details for its upcoming Annual General Meeting, set to take place on October 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Emporium Mall, The Nishat Hotel, located in the Trade and Finance Centre Block, near the Expo Centre, Abdul Haq Road, Johar Town, Lahore.

The agenda for the meeting includes the reception, consideration, and adoption of the company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. Members will review these statements along with the Chairman’s Review, Directors’ and Auditors’ reports.

Further, shareholders will deliberate on the approval of a final cash dividend of 10%, equating to Rs. 1.00 per share. This dividend is in addition to the 15% interim dividend that was disbursed earlier during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

The meeting will also feature the appointment of statutory auditors for the upcoming financial year ending June 30, 2027, and the determination of their remuneration.
