This meeting will address both ordinary and special business matters crucial to the company's operations and future plans.

During the AGM, shareholders will be presented with the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Accompanying these documents will be the Auditors' Report, Directors' Report, and Chairman's Review, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's financial health and strategic direction.

A significant agenda item is the appointment of auditors for the upcoming year. The retiring auditors, M/s. A.F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants, have expressed their willingness to continue. Additionally, the meeting will seek ratification and approval of transactions with related parties conducted during the last financial year. These transactions were previously authorized under a special resolution passed during the AGM held on October 13, 2025. The company aims to streamline future transactions by granting the Chief Executive the authority to approve related party transactions until the next annual gathering.

In a move that could impact the company's investment strategy, shareholders will deliberate on a proposed loan investment of up to PKR 600 million in Ultra Kraft (Private) Limited, an associated company. This proposal is part of the special business to be discussed, with terms and conditions already disclosed to the members.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Kohat Cement Company Limited operates within the designated market category of the construction and materials sector. This categorization underscores the significance of the upcoming AGM, as decisions made could influence the company's trajectory within this competitive industry.

The meeting will provide shareholders the opportunity to engage with the company's leadership and ensure that the strategic decisions align with shareholder interests. The AGM is expected to be a pivotal event, shaping the company's operational and financial strategies for the coming year.
