Islamabad: The Kot Addu Power Company Limited has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to take place at the Movenpick Hotel Centaurus in Islamabad, as well as via video link, on Monday, October 26, 2026, starting at 10:30 a.m. The meeting is set to address several key agenda items, including confirming the minutes of the 15th Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 13, 2026.
The meeting will also focus on the consideration and adoption of the Annual Audited Accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. This will include the accompanying Directors' and Auditor's Reports. Additionally, shareholders will be invited to approve a final cash dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share, equating to a 15% dividend for the year. This proposed dividend follows an interim dividend of the same amount, culminating in a total cash dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share, representing a 30% payout for the year.
The appointment of auditors for the upcoming financial year ending June 30, 2027, is also on the agenda. The current auditors, Messrs. A. F. Ferguson & Co, Chartered Accountants, have expressed their willingness to continue in this role, offering themselves for reappointment.
