Islamabad: Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. has released its annual financial report for the year ending June 30, 2026, demonstrating notable growth in key financial indicators. The report, dated October 2, 2026, reveals substantial increases in both revenue and net profit, reflecting robust operational performance over the last fiscal year.

The unconsolidated statement of financial position indicates that as of June 30, 2026, the total assets of Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. amounted to approximately 25.00 billion rupees, up from 21.43 billion rupees in the previous year. This increase is mainly attributed to a rise in property, plant, and equipment assets, which now stand at 12.43 billion rupees, compared to 8.62 billion rupees in 2025.

In terms of liabilities, the company's non-current liabilities rose to 1.85 billion rupees from 1.65 billion rupees, while current liabilities increased to 5.80 billion rupees from 5.48 billion rupees. The company's equity, including share capital and reserves, saw an increase to 17.35 billion rupees from 14.31 billion rupees the previous year. Notably, the surplus on revaluation of property, plant, and equipment increased to 1.43 billion rupees from 1.10 billion rupees.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the net revenue for Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. grew to 30.28 billion rupees in 2026 from 27.97 billion rupees in the prior year—a very large move of 8.27%. The company also reported a rise in other income, which amounted to 477.61 million rupees, compared to 402.82 million rupees in 2025.

The net profit for the year demonstrated a substantial increase of 19.90%, classified as a very large or significant move, reaching 2.79 billion rupees, up from 2.33 billion rupees in 2025. Earnings per share, both basic and diluted, rose to 44.12 rupees from 36.84 rupees, showcasing a strong return on investment for shareholders.
