According to the report released on October 2, 2026, the Modaraba's board, after a meeting in Karachi, recommended no cash dividend, bonus, rights, or any other entitlements for the period.
The financial statement highlights a decrease in total assets to 360.68 million rupees from 586.60 million rupees in the previous year. This decline is attributed primarily to a decrease in non-current assets, notably a drop in the right-of-use asset from 17.96 million rupees in 2025 to none in 2026, and a reduction in long-term investments to 342.56 million rupees from 555.98 million rupees. However, other income increased to 28.92 million rupees from 7.71 million rupees, contributing to an operating profit of 11.65 million rupees compared to an operating loss of 13.61 million rupees in the previous year.
