Lahore: Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited has announced the schedule for its 37th Annual General Meeting, which is set to take place on Tuesday, October 28, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at Office No. 131-A, Upper Mall, Lahore, and will cover several key items on the agenda.

The meeting will commence with the confirmation of the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2025. Shareholders will then receive, consider, and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the company for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2026. This will be accompanied by the presentation of the Chairman's Review, Directors' Report, and Auditors' Report.

Another important item on the agenda is the appointment of auditors for the financial year ending June 30, 2027. M/s RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants, who are the current auditors, will retire but have expressed their willingness to be reappointed.
