AKD Hospitality Limited Schedules AGM to Discuss Financial Statements and Director Elections

Karachi: AKD Hospitality Limited has announced the convening of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 27, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The meeting will be held at the 5th Floor of the Continental Trade Centre (CTC) in Clifton, Karachi, and will also be accessible online via Zoom. This gathering will address several key points of business for the hospitality group.

The agenda for the meeting includes the confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM held on October 28, 2025. Shareholders will also receive, consider, and adopt the audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. These statements are accompanied by the Chairperson's Review, Directors', and Auditors' Reports, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's financial health and operational performance over the last year.

Another significant item on the agenda is the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
