Faisalabad: Masood Textile Mills Limited has announced the schedule for its 42nd Annual General Meeting, inviting its members holding ordinary shares to convene at the company's registered office, Universal House, located at 17/1 New Civil Lines, Bilal Road, Faisalabad. The gathering is set to take place on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

The agenda for the meeting includes several key items. Shareholders will be asked to confirm the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2025. Additionally, they will receive, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, alongside the Chairman's Review, Directors' Report, and Auditors' Report.

The Board of Directors has recommended a cash dividend of 10.00%, equivalent to Rs. 1.00 per ordinary share, which awaits approval from the shareholders.
