Saif Textile Mills Limited Announces 37th Annual General Meeting in Peshawar

Peshawar: Saif Textile Mills Limited has issued a notice for its 37th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on October 27, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at its registered office located at APTMA House Tehkal Payan, Jamrud Road, Peshawar. The meeting's agenda includes a mix of ordinary and special business items that shareholders are expected to address.

The ordinary business will commence with the confirmation of the minutes from the last Annual General Meeting held on October 24, 2025. Shareholders will also receive, consider, and adopt the annual audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2026. These statements will be accompanied by the Chairman's Review, the Directors', and Auditors' Reports.

Further, the meeting will address the appointment of auditors for the financial year ending June 30, 2027. They have consented to continue in this role.

The Chief Executive is authorized to execute and approve similar transactions for the upcoming year ending June 30, 2027.
