Lahore: Loads Limited has announced plans to establish a new manufacturing facility in Lahore, aiming to strengthen its strategic presence and capitalize on business opportunities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the Northern region. This information comes according to a disclosure by the company dated October 27, 2026.

The company has outlined its intention to build the facility on its land located at Manga Raiwind Road. The move is anticipated to enhance supply chain efficiency and optimize manufacturing and logistics operations. The facility is expected to leverage Loads Limited's existing production infrastructure in Karachi, utilizing shared machinery and quality arrangements to benefit both current and future OEM operations.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the project completion cost is projected at PKR 200 million. Loads Limited anticipates commencing production at the new facility before the conclusion of the current financial year.
