Islamabad: Saif Power Limited has announced the successful unopposed election of its board members during an extraordinary general meeting held on October 30, 2026. The company confirmed in a report dated November 2, 2026, that seven individuals have been selected to serve on the board for a new term of three years, starting October 31, 2026.

The newly elected board members are Mr. Humayun Saifullah Khan, Mr. Anwar Saifullah Khan, Mr. Javed Saifullah Khan, Mr. Omar Saifullah Khan, Mr. Asif Saifullah Khan, Mr. Khalid Siddiq Tirmizey, and Miss Saima Akbar Khattak. Among these, Mr. Khalid Siddiq Tirmizey and Miss Saima Akbar Khattak will serve as independent directors.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Saif Power Limited operates within the designated market category of power generation and distribution.

This election marks a continuation of leadership under the Saifullah family, alongside independent oversight from its appointed directors.
