Adam Sugar Mills Ltd Schedules Board Meeting Amid Closed Trading Period

Lahore: Adam Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene for a meeting on Friday, January 30, 2026, to review the company’s first quarterly financial accounts for the period ending December 31, 2025. The meeting aims to examine the potential declaration of any entitlements based on these accounts.

The company has established a closed trading period from January 23 to January 30, 2026, inclusive, as per Clause 5.6.1(d) of the Code of Corporate Governance. During this period, directors, the Chief Executive Officer, and executives are prohibited from directly or indirectly trading in the company’s shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this measure is consistent with regulatory practices that ensure transparency and fairness in trading activities, particularly during significant financial review periods.
