Adamjee Insurance Elects New Board of Directors for Three-Year Term

Karachi: Adamjee Insurance Company Limited has announced the election of its new board of directors, following a resolution passed during an extraordinary general meeting held on May 28, 2025. This resolution complies with Regulation 5.6.9(b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book.

The certified copy of the resolution confirms that seven directors have been elected for a term of three years, starting May 29, 2025. According to the resolution, the directors elected are Mr. Ibrahim Shamsi, Mr. Imran Maqbool, Mr. Mohammad Azeem Rashid, Mrs. Maha Rehman, Mr. Shaikh Muhammad Jawed, Ms. Sadia Younas Mansha, and Mr. Umer Mansha.
