Lahore, Agritech Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Tuesday, April 30, 2024, to be held electronically via video conference at the company’s registered office in Lahore. The meeting will focus on reviewing the financial statements for the first quarter, which ended on March 31, 2024.

The company has also announced a "Closed Period" from April 21, 2024, to April 30, 2024, during which directors, the CEO, and any executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares. This is in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations.
