Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited Announces 43rd Annual General Meeting in Lahore

Lahore: Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited has officially announced the convening of its 43rd Annual General Meeting, set to take place on April 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. The notice for the meeting was published on April 1, 2026, in the Daily “Business Recorder” and Daily “Nawaiwaqt.”

The agenda for the meeting includes the confirmation of minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 4, 2025, and the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.
