Karachi: In an extraordinary general meeting held on June 30, 2025, Al-Noor Modaraba Management (Private) Limited successfully elected seven new directors to its board. The meeting, conducted in accordance with Rule 5.6.9(b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book, confirmed the resolutions passed by the shareholders.
