Allied Bank Limited Credits 3rd Interim Dividend to Shareholders’ Accounts

Karachi: Allied Bank Limited announced the successful electronic crediting of its third interim cash dividend to shareholders’ designated bank accounts. The dividend, valued at Rs. 4.00 per share or 40%, covers the year ending December 31, 2025, and was processed between November 12 and November 14, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the crediting of this dividend follows the approval by the Bank’s Board of Directors during a meeting on October 23, 2025. The dividends were electronically transferred to shareholders who provided valid Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs).

Shareholders were informed of the crediting of the dividend through Short Message Service (SMS) and email notifications. Those who did not receive such notifications are advised to update their information with Allied Bank Limited’s Share Registrar to ensure future dividends are processed without issue.

In compliance with existing regulations, Allied Bank Limited has withheld dividends for shareholders who have not submitted mandatory information such as valid CNICs and IBANs. The bank encourages those affected to provide the necessary details to claim their dividends.

The bank also reminds shareholders of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s directive to convert physical shares into book-entry form, enhancing security and ease of transaction. Shareholders with physical shares can contact the bank’s share registrar for assistance in this conversion.

Furthermore, Allied Bank Limited has reached out to shareholders who have not claimed outstanding cash dividends, urging them to lodge claims with the Share Registrar. The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has developed a Centralized Cash Dividend Register to facilitate shareholders in accessing dividend payment history.
