Karachi, Sapphire Fibres Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 26, 2022 at Karachi.
The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2022 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2023 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
Further, the closed period of the company is from October 20, 2022 to October 26, 2022 (both days inclusive).

Manufacturing units are located in the province of Punjab at Raiwind Road Lahore, Feroze Wattoan /Kharianwala, district Sheikhpura consisting of 99,024 spindles, 9 fabric dyeing, 9 yarn dyeing , 92 knitting and 282 stitching machines.
