Karachi, Universal Network Systems Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 28, 2022 at Karachi.
The agenda of the meeting will to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2022 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to appoint auditors for the year ending June 30, 2022 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
Further, the closed period of the company is from October 22, 2022 to October 28, 2022 (both days inclusive).
“Universal Network System Limited was incorporated as a private limited company in Pakistan on December 12, 2005 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017), The Principal activities of the company are to act as a cargo forwarder, provide domestic and international courier and allied services.”
