Karachi: In a recent corporate update, Ansari Sugar Mills Limited has officially announced a change in its registered office location. Effective from September 30, 2024, the new office will be situated at CL-5/4 State Life Building No 10 on main Abdullah Haroon Road in Karachi.

Previously headquartered at the 1st Floor, Block # 02 of the Hockey Club of Pakistan Stadium Liaquat Barracks, the company has shifted its operations as part of an undisclosed strategic plan. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this move aligns with Ansari Sugar Mills' ongoing administrative adjustments and business development goals.

The General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange received formal notification of this change, underscoring the importance of timely communication with market regulators and shareholders. The company's share registrar and share department operations will also relocate to the new address, managed by CandK Management Associates Pvt Ltd.

This relocation involves not just the physical office but also includes updates to all contact information, such as telephone and fax numbers, ensuring continuity in communications. Stakeholders are encouraged to update their records to reflect the new contact details provided by the company.
