Karachi: Archroma Pakistan Limited has announced its unaudited condensed interim financial results for the nine-month period ending June 30, 2026. The financial disclosure was approved by the company's Board of Directors during a meeting held on July 28, 2026, at the company's head office in the Korangi Industrial Area. Notably, the Board has decided against issuing any cash dividends, bonus shares, or right shares, maintaining a consistent dividend policy.

According to the financial statement, Archroma Pakistan Limited's assets totaled 17.98 billion rupees as of June 30, 2026, reflecting a substantial increase from the 15.73 billion rupees recorded on September 30, 2025.
