Faisalabad: Arctic Textile Mills Limited reported its financial results for the year ending June 30, 2026, during a Board of Directors meeting held at its registered office on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The meeting, which took place at 11:30 A.M., concluded with no declaration of cash dividends, bonus shares, or right shares for its stakeholders.

The company's audited financial statements reveal that the total equity increased from 428.24 million Rupees in 2025 to 514.47 million Rupees in 2026, marking a very large or significant move of 20.14%. Despite this increase, the company decided against distributing dividends, with the Board maintaining a conservative approach in light of the current market conditions.
