Karachi: Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited has confirmed the electronic crediting of a final cash dividend to the unit-holders of Signature Residency REIT. The dividend, amounting to Re. 0.50 per unit or 5.00%, corresponds to the financial year ending on June 30, 2026.

The management company announced on November 04, 2026, that the dividend has been successfully deposited into the designated bank accounts of unit-holders. However, payment to those who have not provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) or Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) has been withheld. This action is in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, and will be addressed following the directives of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
