Karachi: Artistic Denim Mills Limited, during its 32nd Annual General Meeting held on October 25, 2024, approved key resolutions, including the adoption of its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, a 10% cash dividend, and the reappointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal period.

According to the resolutions, shareholders approved a cash dividend of PKR 1.00 per ordinary share (10%) for the year ending June 30, 2024. The dividend, totaling PKR 84.00 million, will be disbursed to members whose names appeared on the company's register as of October 16, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Chief Executive and Company Secretary were authorized to execute the necessary steps for the dividend distribution.

Furthermore, shareholders confirmed the reappointment of M/s Reanda Haroon Zakaria Aamir Salman Rizwan and Company, Chartered Accountants, as Artistic Denim Mills’ external auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, with a remuneration of PKR 1.00 million.
