This meeting will take place at Federation House Clifton and will also be accessible via video link.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company has declared a "Closed Period" from August 21, 2025, to August 27, 2025. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives of Atlas Insurance are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the company's shares.
