Karachi: Attock Cement Pakistan Limited has scheduled its 47th Annual General Meeting for September 22, 2026, to discuss significant changes including the relocation of its registered office. The meeting will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Karachi and via video link, starting at 11:00 a.m.

The agenda includes adopting the annual audited accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and appointing auditors for the 2026-27 financial year. A special resolution will be considered to alter the Memorandum of Association, facilitating the move of the registered office from Sindh to Punjab. The proposed new location is Fauji Towers, 68 Tipu Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the shift aims to streamline operations and align with strategic objectives. The decision will require statutory compliance and approvals from relevant authorities.

Chief Executive Officer Mr. Omer Ashraf and Company Secretary Mr. Irfan Amanullah are authorized to manage the necessary documentation and processes with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and other authorities to implement the resolution.
