Karachi: Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd, during its 47th Annual General Meeting held on September 22, 2026, passed several key resolutions that will impact its operations and administrative structure. This meeting marked a significant decision to relocate the registered office of the company from Sindh to Punjab, which will involve altering the company's Memorandum of Association as part of the special business agenda.
According to the report of the meeting, members approved the annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The statements were accepted alongside the Directors' and Auditors' Report, demonstrating the company’s financial health and compliance.
Additionally, the meeting saw the reappointment of M/s. A.F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the auditors for another term. This decision ensures continuity and consistency in the auditing process, allowing the company to maintain its financial transparency.
The special business segment of the meeting focused on the strategic relocation of the company’s registered office. Subject to the fulfillment of necessary statutory requirements and approvals, the office will move from D-70, Block-4, Kehkashan-5, Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, to Fauji Towers, 68 Tipu Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab.
