Karachi: The Bank of Khyber has scheduled an emergent meeting of its Board of Directors to be held on Friday, November 03, 2023, in Islamabad. Following the meeting, should there be any material information, it will be disseminated accordingly in compliance with the requirements of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations.

Furthermore, the Bank has declared a "Closed Period" from November 02, 2023, to November 03, 2023, as per Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Consequently, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the Bank shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the Bank's shares during the Closed Period.
