Lahore: The Bank of Punjab has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025, to evaluate the un-audited financial statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2025. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. in Lahore.
The board's agenda will include a comprehensive review of the bank's financial performance, alongside other items. Shareholders and stakeholders of the bank are anticipating the outcomes of this meeting, which will be communicated through the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. In compliance with the PSX Rule Book, Rule 5.6.4, a "Closed Period" has been instituted from October 22, 2025, to October 30, 2025. During this interval, no directors, including the Chairman, CEO (President), or any executives of the Bank of Punjab, are permitted to trade shares of the bank, either directly or indirectly.
