Karachi: In an official notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on October 20, 2023, F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt) Ltd. has reported that a shareholder of Biafo Industries Limited, Raheela Zaidi, has lost her share certificates. This notice urges members of the Exchange to refrain from dealing in the specified shares until further notice.

The particulars of the loss include two sets of share certificates. The first set comprises certificate number 0059550, covering distinctive numbers from 0012562398 to 0012562444, accounting for a total of 47 shares. The second set involves certificate number 0059778, encompassing distinctive numbers from 0014168983 to 0014169091, amounting to 109 shares. The aggregate total of shares reported lost sums up to 156.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the registrar has requested that any objections to the issuance of duplicate certificates be submitted within seven days from the date of the notice. In the absence of any objections, duplicate certificates will be issued to the shareholder, Raheela Zaidi.
