On May 5, 2025, he bought 1,000 shares at a rate of 10.00 per share, bringing his cumulative shareholding to 9,000 shares, representing 0.01% of the company's total shares. The subsequent day, May 6, 2025, saw Mr. Malik acquiring an additional 800 shares at the same rate of 10.00 per share, increasing his cumulative holdings to 9,800 shares, maintaining a 0.01% share of the company.
On May 7, 2025, Mr. Malik purchased another 1,000 shares, this time at a slightly lower rate of 9.00 per share. This brought his total number of shares to 10,800, with his cumulative percentage still reflecting a 0.01% stake in the company.
