The board has recommended raising the authorized capital from Rs. 700.00 million to Rs. 1.20 billion, reflecting a significant shift in financial strategy aimed at accommodating future capital requirements. The company's current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 553.26 million. To address this, shareholder approval is sought for transactions conducted in the financial year ending December 31, 2024, as well as authorization for the Chief Executive Officer to manage such transactions through December 31, 2025.
