Lahore, Chakwal Spinning Mills Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting on April 30, 2024, at Lahore to review the company's financial statements for the first quarter ending March 31, 2024.

The company has also announced a "Close Period" from April 23, 2024, to April 30, 2024, during which directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company's shares, in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book.
