Company Announces Third Interim Cash Dividend Amid Significant Financial Growth

Islamabad: In a meeting held at the Serena Business Complex on August 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of the company announced a third interim cash dividend of Rs.40.00 per share, marking a continuation of the financial momentum set earlier this year. This dividend supplements the Rs.60.00 per share already distributed, culminating in a total dividend of 600% for the year ending December 31, 2025.

The financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2025, reveal a notable increase in the company's profitability. Net turnover for the half-year period reached Rs.69,393.02 million, a Big move compared to the previous year. Gross profit rose to Rs.32,840.85 million, reflecting an increase in operational efficiency and cost management.

Operating profit demonstrated a Big move, climbing to Rs.24,136.72 million from Rs.15,507.64 million in the previous year. The profit before income tax for the same period showed a Big move, recorded at Rs.24,845.58 million. Consequently, the profit for the period exhibited a Big move, reaching Rs.14,259.54 million.

The company's earnings per share for the half-year ended June 30, 2025, were reported at Rs.55.81, representing a Big move over the previous year. Shareholders registered by August 15, 2025, will be eligible for the dividend, with the share transfer books closed from August 18 to August 20, 2025.
