Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited Declares Interim Cash Dividend Amidst Strong Financial Results

Karachi: Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited, a key player in the manufacturing sector, has announced its financial results for the nine months ending March 31, 2025. The announcement was made following the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on April 29, 2025.

The Board approved the un-audited condensed interim financial statements for both unconsolidated and consolidated formats. A significant outcome of this meeting was the declaration of an interim cash dividend of Rs. 3.0 per share, equivalent to 30%. This dividend is in addition to a previously declared interim dividend of Rs. 2.0 per share, or 20%, bringing the total interim dividend to Rs. 5.0 per share.

No bonus shares or right shares were recommended at this time. The entitlement to the dividend will be granted to shareholders whose names appear in the company's Register of Members as of May 12, 2025.

The company has announced that its share transfer books will be closed from May 13, 2025, to May 15, 2025, inclusive of both dates. Transfers received by the share registrar's office in Lahore by the close of business on May 12, 2025, will be eligible for the dividend entitlement.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Crescent Steel's decision to distribute dividends underscores its financial stability and commitment to shareholder returns. The company has not announced any new bonus or right shares, maintaining its focus on direct cash returns.

The company's third-quarter report will be available through the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) within the stipulated timeline.
